This watertower proudly displays the Polish flag. It is located bwteen Franklin and West Street, and Milton and Noble Street, in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. This area is inhabited by predominantly Poles and you have more chance to be understood if you speak Polish here than English.

Chinatown borders Little Italy. This window chapel though is still very much in China Town on Elizabeth Street 120. The window reads in golden letters:

Ermita di Sciatta Patrona LD Avvocata
della Scia di Sciacca

A window chapel devoted to the patron saint of Sciatta, the hermit Calogero who lived on a a mountain in Sciatta, Sicily in the 5th century CE.
